The difference between progress and achievement is that nobody asks you where you started, they go directly to the end, to the results, and they ask you what you have achieved. But on this blog there is no end goal; the goal is constant progress. My plan is to uncover the latest scientific research and experience and share with you real truth of what it means to live a constantly improving, better life. 

Health is not just avoiding disease and illness, it is directly related to each individual's social and mental well-being. This is for anyone wanting to change their behavior and improve their health in order to live healthier, happier and longer lives. Belief controls actions, and you will never take action if you don’t believe. I’m hoping that this blog can lead you to take action in your own life.
